The room was modern and absolutely fabulous - appreciated the large bathroom. The staff were very amiable and top-class, no complaints. Our hotel was in an exceptionally nice and spectacular location on the Hill.

However, it was quite annoying me to confirm our booking via Booked.net to Bvlgari. Every terms and conditions mentioned in Booked.net were commented by them and it took quite long time to make sure they accepted the terms and conditions I got from Booked.net. Everything was finally clear at the last minute of my check-in. Hopefully the quality of their reservation desk service improves more.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this 5-star resort. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, with stunning villas and all the modern amenities you could ask for. The food was superb and the service was top-notch. We especially appreciated the warm welcome and the special care taken for my husband's birthday. The private beach was a great bonus too. I highly recommend this resort for a luxurious and memorable vacation.

Thank you for an exceptional stay. It is a well-designed and truly exceptional property located in Ungasan district short walk to restaurant and the Uluwatu cliffs and the sandy beach. The staff are very professional, they keep the place fairly clean.

Excellent staff services, quiet and not so crowded, food is alright but little bit expansive, the beach is excellent!

Many small insects friends in the villa especially on the bed. The twin bed room, the bed is too small. Need to carry out some detailed maintanence work at the villa.
